- You do not have to sign anything with us, no exclusive mandate. You are free to keep selling your land by yourself or even call other party to do so, that is OK with us.
- We will NOT change your requested price, this would simply slow the sale and is not part of our ethic.
- We are taking a maximum of 3% commision on the signed sales.
